Minor Surgery Procedures
Clinical Options provides a high-quality private service for the surgical removal of skin lesions. The clinicians we use are all trusted, highly experienced doctors with specific expertise in minor surgery. They operate in their own CQC-regulated practices with all the facilities for safe and effective care.

Moles
Moles are small coloured spots on the skin made up of cells that produce the colour (pigment) in your skin. Most moles are completely harmless.

Keratoses
A seborrheic keratosis is a common non-cancerous (benign) skin growth. People tend to get more of them as they get older. Seborrheic keratoses are usually brown, black or light tan.

Cysts
Cysts are non- cancerous, closed pockets of tissue that can be filled with fluid, pus, or other material. They are smooth to the touch, vary in size, and are generally round in shape.

Skin tags
Skin tags (acrochordons) are small flesh-coloured or brown growths that hang off the skin and look a bit like warts. They’re very common and harmless.

Lipomas
A lipoma is a slow-growing, fatty lump that’s most often situated between your skin and the underlying muscle layer. It feels doughy and usually isn’t tender, moves readily with slight finger pressure.

Other benign skin lesions
Other common benign skin lesions can be treated including cherry angiomas and warts.
